We recommend submitting notices by email for the fastest response. Notices submitted by other means may take longer to process.
2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted on kasufiu.pro was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. By submitting a counter-notification, you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court and agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
2.1 Required Elements of a Counter-Notification
To be effective, your counter-notification must include the following information:

2.2 Processing of Counter-Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If that party does not notify us within fourteen (14) business days that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may, at our sole discretion, restore the removed or disabled material.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes repeat infringement. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, even if there has been only a single incident of infringement.
4. Accuracy of Notices
Please be aware that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. 5. Modifications to Content and Access

We are not obligated to restore any removed content except as required by applicable law or in response to a valid counter-notification as described above.

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised policy on our platform with an updated "Last updated" date.
